Because the guide is delivered to you instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” and because critique sessions reserve Laura’s limited personal time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product or critique session once purchased.

Critique Session Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand plans change. If you need to reschedule a critique session, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find another time. A missed session without advance notice may not be eligible to be rescheduled.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — contact us right away and we will make it right.
